Re: Green Wheelin Scooters
All things being equal, I would pass on this merchant. They may be slightly better than a few other California merchants pushing this kind of product. But that isn’t saying much. The truth is the bikes are JUNK. And because hardly anyone sells them around here, you are guaranteed an almost daily relationship with the dealer as you have no place else to go for parts. And you will need them because as soon as you get the bike home, things are falling off, popping, ripping, locking, stalling and shutting down. The merchant is not honest about this at all. And Green Wheelin’s customer service is terrible (once they get your credit card information). And it’s not as if the bike is cheap to begin with. Green Wheelin’ extorts great re-shelving fees for unopened products. Mine had not even arrived yet, and I was already getting scammed for fees that were not disclosed on the website or included on the invoice. Don’t agree to have anything shipped to you by Green Wheelin’. They do not communicate well with the shipping companies and will not aid you in disputes with shipping companies or take responsibility themselves. All in all, Green Wheelin’ is there to make a buck off of your lack of information. Save yourself the heartache. And beware of their self-boasting attempts at self-promotion.
Re: Green Wheelin Scooters
