They are establishing a center in North Central Washington for testing and demonstrating Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV's); nurturing business focusing on PHEV's, biofuels, and solar energy; and educating the public about these new exciting technologies. Their site shows a Prius with a sticker claiming 100+ miles/gallon, presumably a plug-in hybrid conversion. It also shows a plug-in hybrid biodiesel school bus. It's unclear if any of this are products they're developing, or just demonstration projects they've done.
