Zuumer is coming (soon, I hope)

Last month I had the immense pleasure to meet the ZuumCraft team, talk with the founder (Tom Boyd), and take test ride a Zuumer. Seems a few other people have also taken test rides and have written some articles.

I have my order in for a Zuumer.. as I wrote on the VisForVoltage forum I think it is a fabulous machine, an awesome ride, totally fun and totally unlike any other vehicle I've ridden. At a touch over $2000 it did take me a couple weeks to convince myself to buy one, of course, but I'm sure I will not regret the purchase.

Zuumer Electric Scooter: Hands-On, First Drive ... a long review from another purchaser of the Zuumer. It's a very good in-depth review, good pictures, and made it to the front page of Digg.

Zuumer Electric Scooter Conquers The Californian Coast ... an overview of the zuumquest. The ZuumCraft team did a long distance Zuumer ride from San Francisco to San Diego as a promotional tour and alpha test. It was at the beginning fo the Zuumquest when I met them.

Electric scooter 'zuums' into play ... a newspaper article going more into business development of the corporation.

I Just Rode a Zummer ... writeup by a fellow Sun employee with his experience. He sounds pleased with it..
